Since my Powerbook (Taco Sam) is over three and half years old, I’m really looking forward to buying a new MacBook Pro.
Right now I’m saving money for it, and trying to figure out if I want to buy a MacBook Pro or a Mac Pro. Since I’m now done with college and my computer (and my living arrangements) are more stationary, the idea of a desktop with much, much more power is very appealing. I want to be able to run the Creative Suite without everything slowing down to snail speed. Plus, as long as my Powerbook stays alive, I’ll still have a laptop I can tote around if I so desire.
Have any of you fellow Voxers gone back to a desktop after having a laptop, and if so, did you regret it?
